Sunset Knoll is an older, dated home perfect for families traveling with dogs who want to enjoy incredible ocean views but who don't want to worry about staying in a fancy home. It truly offers incredible serenity, privacy and some of the best ocean views in Trinidad. Set up high on a bluff in the community of Baker Ranch, this home offers beautiful scenery of Baker Beach below. The back yard is grassy and expansive, great for barbecues and picnics or walk down to the meditation bench to sit and take it all in. Sunset Knoll is approximately a quarter mile walk downhill on Baker Beach Road to Scenic Drive where you can venture just a little farther (1 mile) and take a good hike down to Baker Beach. Upstairs is the main living room, small but complete kitchen & dining nook and master bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower. The living room is small but cozy when sitting by the wood burning stove gazing out at the sea. Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds plus a small bathroom with a stall shower. The house is comfortably furnished. The deck has a gas barbecue and small table and chairs. This pet friendly home includes a nice, large outdoor dog kennel. Sunset Knoll also includes: dishwasher, washer/dryer, flat-screen T.V. with plenty of channels, DVD/VCR, and stereo. FREE WiFi included.

** Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking.

** Upon completion of booking reservation guests will be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to Trinidad Retreats rules and regulations.

** This home IS pet friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs with pet fees. Dog must not be left unattended inside or outside of the home. It is perched on a very steep bluff. Please maintain a close watch on children and pets.
