Very relaxing and calm holiday...

We spend our holidays in this very calm house and we enjoyed 3 days and 3 nights. Any questions we had prior to our arrival was very quick and completely answered. The explanations of were to find the house, was documented by the address and the GPS coordinates of the villa. I would like to give you just an advice: you really need a car while you are there to go to the very nice beaches, restaurants and to do economic shopping. In the month of October, there are only one small supermarket, a restaurant and two bars open. We found it easy to manage this, while we enjoyed the north part of this lovely Island. The agency Sardinia Unlimited were very helpful to answering questions or need support, they are always very open to help. They speak English and also German, and this is very helpful for us that we speak very poo English! High recommended!

Een werkelijk prachtige plek, hoog boven de zee. Fabelachtig uitzicht en elke dag de zonsondergang. De villa is heel mooi weggewerkt tussen de rotsen. Met een prachtig zwembad erbij, dat deel je met één andere woning maar in de praktijk is het gewoon een privé zwembad. Huis heeft voldoende ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt. Gastvrouw Rina is zeer vriendelijk bij de checkin en goed via app te bereiken. Snelle reacties. We mochten zelfs de laatste dag paar uur later uitchecken, ook geregeld door Rina. Super! Een betere vakantie villa hebben wij nog niet gehad, een absolute aanrader!

Wunderschönes, aber in die Jahre gekommenes Anwesen

Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, leider ist das Anwesen schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ein neuer Toaster könnte mal angeschafft werden, das wäre nur ein kleiner Aufwand, oder die Küche könnte erneuert werden. Schade, dass alles extra kostet, wir hatten uns etwas verfahren und mussten so die extra Gebühr für den Late- Check-in bezahlen. Hier gibt es keine Kulanz. Kontaktloser Check-in wäre wünschenswert, dann muss sich niemand beeilen oder auf jemanden warten. Auch das Internet kostet extra - solch eine Leistung sollte heutzutage inklusive sein. Wunderschöner Blick, aber für diesen Preis hätten wir uns eine komfortablere Ausstattung gewünscht.

Terribly uncomfortable accommodations

The views are everything you can imagine from the pictures, which we enjoyed very much. The house however is very dated and run down. The house had a moldy smell to it, the beds were the worst beds I've ere slept on and the house is HOT. The windows do not offer screens so it is impossible to keep the house cool at night without getting eaten by mosquitos. We had to ask for fans as the house did not have any. The first night was sleepless. We were dreading our next two nights, which did get a little better with the fans but not much as we couldn't open the windows. The house was dated and had several broken pieces of uncomfortable furniture. The area is very nice but I would not stay at this property again. It was a terrible experience.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Tip, wenn es nicht stört, dass es mittlerweile doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Hauskatze hat uns kaum gestört, man muss eben ständig die Türe geschlossen halten.

Villa Josephine Costa Paradiso

Die Lage und der Pool sind einzigartig. Das Haus selber ist in die Jahre gekommen(Duschkabine defekt. Fliese fehlte im Bad, Bodenfliesen geriesen oder lose, Küchenschränke alle verzogen)Bei dem Preis kann man vom Haus deutlich mehr erwarten. Ausserdem fehlten am Pool und auf der Terrasse Sonnenschirme. Das Panorama und der Pool selber sind aber absolut ein Traum!!!

Vue imprenable sur la méditerranée

Une vue dont on ne se lasse pas avec un coucher de soleil différent chaque soir. Coin très calme. Petite maison très bien équipée. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la piscine pour nous tout seuls. Attention cependant à l’entretien de la maison (étendoir cassé, quelques lampes à changer et l’air conditionné qui ne fonctionnait pas).

Very nice holiday house!

Small nice villa, perfect for our big family with five small kids. We found there very well because of the nice pool and the surrounding area. Shop and a restaurant are easy reachable. It is a good starting point to visit the near beaches. The kids loved the house and the time spent in the Villa Odelie.

Lovely location with opportunity to swim off the rocks in beautiful clear sea. The rock formations in the area are spectacular. Lovely swimming pool. Shame that the accommodation was so basic with no air conditioning or mosquito nets at Windows which led to uncomfortable nights and bites!

Sehr schoenes Haus mit grossem Pool!

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage sehr geeignet fuer Familien mit Kindern. Von der Terasse gibt es direkten Zugang zum Pool, der war immer sehr sauber. Sardinia Unlimited Team ist sehr freundlich und immer zur Verfügung (danke Rina und Natascia!!). Costa Paradiso ist einfach ein Traum!! Herzlichen Dank! Gerne kommen wir wieder !
