貨不對版，極舊房間
這是人生以來入住過最差極的酒店房間，貨不對版，跟Hotel.com預定的房間圖片完全不一樣! 因夜機到達，入住時安排3樓房間，但居然所有電梯也是壞的! 需手提所有行李走三層樓梯! 而且房間極殘舊，三十年沒有維修保護的樣子， 房內床褥彈弓已鬆脫沒有彈性，佈置殘舊古怪， 梳化佈滿污漬，木地板全是花痕， 房內燈色陰暗 ，床頭沒有任何電掣充電， 廁所沒有任何掛鉤，完全跟Hotel Hell節目內的酒店一樣! 因在這酒店入住共三天，第一晚不能換房，被迫入住一晚待第二天早上才可換房，房間是換了但只是好一點點，仍然不是hotels.com內的全新翻新房間，非常失望的入住經驗，房價並不便宜，酒店只翻新了大堂及用餐位置，房間可能大部份仍是殘舊，沒想到Scandic集團會這樣差，唯一可取的是自助早餐豐富。強烈建議Hotel.com不要用貨不對版的相片欺騙住客!

Nice to stay in Tromso
Hotel needs to refurbishment as it becomes old especially the shower and the bath room. However, the location is quite good and the airport bus station is nereby. Breakfast has varieties food which are fresh and more than expected.

location is very good, you find restaurant and shops in the surrounding. It is five minutes to the harbor and tourist information center. The breakfast is very good, lots of variations. The staffs are very nice.

Multiple options to get to and from the airport. We got in late so we took a taxi was about $40 for a family of 4. There is a shuttle that goes to or near most of the hotels we took that back to the airport it was about $25. The hotel is convenient to most of the city center. Nothing was more than a few blocks away. Especially if you have tours booked liked we did. The room was spacious, which was nice since we were there for 4 nights. Great breakfast, lots of options. Definitely worth staying at if you want to make the most of Tromso!

Hotel was on the whole really nice, breakfast was excellent. The downsides were no tea/coffee making facilities in room which would be nice, room was very hot and when nightclub below is open it can be noisy. Would recommend hotel as place to stay in Tromso

As for the warmth in the room, the windows are possible to open, and we also have fans available in the reception if anyone is in need! For the nightclub, we are aware of the issue and give feedback to the owner continuously. Sadly, we are unable do anything more.Thank you again for the feedback!We wish you a pleasant day!

La habitaciòn no contaba con teléfono a la recepciòn. La cerradura no funcionaba bien. No existe seguridad para el uso del ascensor. Cualquier persona puede entrar a los pisos sin tarjeta. El personal no es amable y en ocasiones no explicaban bien las cosas. Solicitamos servicio de taxi y fallaron en proveerlo y darle seguimiento. Hay falta de personal en àrea del comedor. Tuvimos que nosotros limpiar mesas para poder desayunar. El bar no abre todos los dias como fue leido al reservar. Es una pena por lo costoso que resultan las reservaciones.

O hotel é super bem localizado na cidade de Tromso. Vc consegue chegar facilmente a todos os pontos de encontro dos principais passeios. Além disso você está hospedado na rua principal da cidade, a poucos metros do Hard Rock café. E o quarto é muito confortável. Excelente custo benefício! @planet2trip do Instagram aprova e recomenda!

Great hotel
Stayed as a family with 2 young children for 5 nights, room lovely, breakfast was really nice with lots of options. Good locatiom, everythinh within 5-10min walk. Staff really friendly, easy to get taxis etc.

I was allocated a room where nothing had been renovated for an estimated 50 years. Ancient bathroom, smashed room door, torn out lamps above the bed with open holes and a missing mirror that had fallen off. Only the hanger was still visible. I didn't accept this room and it was a while before I got another one. Staff unhelpful withheld an apology or anything else. Very poor internet and when we showered the whole bathroom was under water. Bad beds and not even Kleenex or anything else. The hotel is completely overpriced and not even worth 2 stars. Breakfast was adequate but you always had to look for a place to sit. I will never book this hotel chain again.

Poor tourist hotel
Relatively expensive hotel with micro rooms- like an interior cabin on a third rate cruise line. Breakfast was chaos. Too many people in too small a space. People spilled out into the lobby looking for seats. No service at all. Picked over buffet

Great Hotel in Tromso
Got a pretty great room that was bigger (Family room) and all the amenities were nice. We missed a view of the town, mountains and water- we could only see the interior of hotel. Next time I will definitely ask for a sliver of a view and pay for it. We just were not aware of the layout of this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk employees very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Hôtel trés bien situé, proche du centre ville ville, du port, tout est accescible à pieds. Arrêt de bus pour l'aeroport devant l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner pantagruelique! Je recommande.

Not so Grand hotel.
Sure ansatte. Treg rydding i spisesal. Trang spisesal. Ingen kjøleskap (tomt hull i skapet der kjøleskap skulle vært) USB kontakter som går av når lyset slukkes. Vann renner over hele badgulvet når en dusjer. Mye kalk mellom fliser på bad. Ingen skosje. TV signal ramler ut ca hvert 10min og borte et par minutter.

Nettes Hotel in Super Lage. Zimmer sind Modern aber eher klein, Bad groß . Kaum Ablage Möglichkeiten. Kein Deutsches TV . Sehr hellhörig. Und morgens um 8 Uhr wurde man von lauten Handwerkergeräuschen geweckt. Frühstück ist lecker und reichhaltig.
