"Good location, lovely apartments. Super clean and a kitchen with most essentials of cookware/ cleaning/ utensils. (With coffee provided!). This was great for making breakfasts! No reception staff appeared to be on site over our weekend visit, but a number was available to call if needed. Key Card maker wasn’t working, but found another in the basement that worked the next day. Has laundry for a fee, which was wonderful. Nice gym. Overall a great stay for our family of five."

"This is a budget hotel. If you want a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, then it’s for you. If you want space and luxury, then it’s not. We’re the kind of travellers who just need a bed , a bathroom and a good breakfast (if possible), so the Smarthotel suited us very well. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice and was good value and the property was centrally located, and convenient for many of the sites, bars, restaurants and also buses. There was a spacious lounge on the ground...

"Very handy having an apartment with kitchen so we didn't have to eat out each day. Apartment equiped with everything we needed. Gorgeous view of the Artic Cathedral from our balcony. Super handy for centre of Tromsø. Access is via a code so no worrying about where you have left the room key."
