Küchen Inventar geht so, Sauberkeit auf dem Balkon dürfte besser werden. Sonnenliege Armstütze kaputt, weisser Plastikstuhl defekt. Sonnenstühle komplett durch gesessen und defekt. Sehr viel Ungeziefer im Eingangsbereich, Treppen hinunter mit Grünspan und Kalkablagerungen durch irgendeinen Defekt an Leitungen ?? Habe Fotos an Ansprechpartnerin Francesca geschickt und auch einen Text dazu. Ansonsten soweit gut! MfG Iris Hannemann

Objekt sanierungsbedürftig

Die Zufahrt zum Objekt war jeden Tag ein Abenteuer. Das Objekt selber entsprach keinesfalls der Beschreibung, enges Badezimmer, Temperatur der Dusche mußte ständig reguliert werden, Kücheneinrichtung minimal, Toaster defekt, nur eine Steckdose, Terrassenmöbel reif für den Sperrmüll, nur eine Sonnenliege nutzbar. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig.
