“Overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and modernized. The location was great for hikes, star gazing, as well as local shops around for the family. My only concerns was the lack of info on the septic tank, since teaching kids to throw away toilet paper vs flushing is hard, as well as the location having two groups staying in the same home, just different levels. We could hear the up stairs group late at night walking around on the floor. The last thing would be the Gardner who spend……

“Our family of four enjoyed staying at this property during our recent visit to Bryce Canyon. The host promptly sent easy to follow check-in details prior to our arrival, and information about local excursions and restaurants was also on hand, which was helpful. The property was clean, the beds comfy and the layout was family friendly. The location was also extremely convenient when driving into the park for the day. I would recommend this host and location to couples and families of four,……

“This property is well laid out with everything you need included like cookware, washer/dryer, lots of beds, and toiletries. My only suggestion is the host have the AC turned on in summer in advance. It was quite hot upon arrival but soon cooled down with AC on and the cool night air. Highly recommend!”

“Pro’sThe home was nice and clean, well stocked and the property was perfectly located between Bryce Canyon and Zion Park with a beautiful river just out the front door. Con’sThe house has neighbors located very close on both side which make privacy a challenge. The home was only equipped with one A/C mini split until located in the common area of the house which made the bed rooms hard to cool off during the day and the evenings. It would have been nice if the yard could have been maintained so……
