「Great hotel in the best location close to shops and restaurants easy walk to anywhere Savannah has to offer 」

「Front desk lady was not pleasant, not sure if shes just tired or overworked as shes the only one there even doing room service herself. Our room was decent but smelled like it was newly painted, not sure if they are doing remodelling as another room booked by another family member we travelled, they had laminate or wood flooring ours was carpet. Needing extra towels needed to be picked up at the front desk, no microwave its at the lobby by the check in counter. Did not notice any water as well...

「The room, roof pool, and breakfast were very good. The elevator was down and only 1 was working so wait times were long and you couldn’t realistically use the stairs to 7th floor with suitcases and kids. Also, I forgot an item in my hotel bathroom and they reported that the item had not been located which is hard to believe. It was hanging in the restroom so my assumption is that it was taken by staff and not turned in. 」

「The hotel is very close to the Riverfront area and in walking distance to stores & restaurants. The $45 parking - valet only - was a bit high.」

「Perfect location for walking to the river and all of the shops and restaurants there. Complementary drink cards for the on-site bar. Parking is tight but it worked. Wonderful restaurant downstairs for breakfast & lunch.」

「Basic accommodation in the heart of Savannah. Rooms are a little tired, but they were spacious and suited our needs well. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Front desk staff were delightful - we had so much fun talking to the ladies down there. They always had great recommendations to share. 」
