「Perfect for our needs」

「I arrived late at night, and I received the wrong check in instructions. Neither me nor Vrbo could get in contact with the host until the next day. They ended up putting me in a raggedy hotel for a night.Once I got in, the apartment was nice. Everything looked and worked as advertised. The on site parking beside the building might have been the best part. The shower was also great. The host is not good at responding. I stayed there for a month. On my last week, my trip got extended for another...

「I always look for this place when staying downtown Albany. Best value for the price for an individual (or a couple, although I was not so fortunate to include my "other"). Ideal location for State Street jobs and very comfortable.」

「Great place with a great location. Parking was smooth with easy street parking that the host registered us for so we didn’t have to move our car. Bed was super comfortable and it was great having the front room that overlooked the park. Walking access to a number of great bars and restaurants. Also loved walking through the park in the morning. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, so be prepared for that. It worked fine for us, but may be difficult if you have mobility concerns. 「Well kept up historic apartment near downtown. 」

「Host listed street parking only, however there was no street parking. It’s also in a rough part of town and I wasn’t going to make my family, baby, and dog trek multiple blocks. We had to make other accommodations and VRBO would not reimburse. Avoid property if possible.」

「I stayed while working at Albany Medical Center, and it was a perfect location for this! I could walk to the hospital, shops and restaurants. The apartment was cute, quiet and very clean. It was a great place to come home to after a busy day. Michaela, the host, was very helpful and responsive -- checking in on my stay. I appreciated the available washer and dryer. I will definitely stay at this apartment again if I am in Albany.」

「Bringing snacks made having a fridge convenient for us all as it allowed easy storage while exploring nearby dining places together, keeping things laid-back through our visit.」

「very nice place」

「Apartment is very spacious! My host is excellent with communication. Location walking distance to venues and local breweries. 」
