This stylish, beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy`s most popular wedding and events venues. This apartment was just remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplaces, and beautiful, plastered crown molding. For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units.
This apartment can be booked in conjunction with the building`s two other listed apartments, `Luxury downtown penthouse by Franklin plaza`` and ` Luxury Downtown w/Backyard` for larger groups who are looking for a shared space. The three apartments can sleep a combined fifteen guests, with two queen-sized bed, sectional, roll away bed on this floor, one king-sized bed ,a pullout sofa on the top floor, king sized bed, queen sized bed, sofa on the first floor. If needed, air mattresses can be made available.
Our guests will receive a personal code for their electronic lock in the unit.
