「Très mauvaise expérience à la Villa Antonio. Nous avons passé 9 nuits sans aucun ménage dans la chambre et, malgré nos demandes, jamais reçu de nouvelles serviettes ( eau qui sortait de couleur marron de la douche, cheveux dans l’évier, câble électrique sur notre terrasse qui pendait et j’en passe..) La piscine a aussi été fermée 2 jours car la couleur de l’eau était d’un vert intense qu’on ne voyait même pas le fond de la piscine. Au moment du départ, le gérant nous a crié dessus car nous...

「Nochmal würde ich nicht mehr in dieses Hotel fahren. Die 4 Sterne entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen bzw. der Einrichtung. Wenn man jedes Jahr 4 Sterne bucht hat man da einen guten Vergleich. Alles schon alt und abgewohnt. Die 4 Sterne sind nur wegen Lift, Pool und 24h Rezeption. Das ist ein Hotel für Familien und Kleinkinder. Es gab kaum andere Gäste! Extrem Laut. 「This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

「我三年前有來住過這個飯店感覺很不錯，很乾淨也很大，所以這一次推薦了三間房間的朋友來住，想不到他們的乾淨程度退步很多，房間也給我們跟去年比更貴但是卻是更差更低樓層，而且很吵的房間，跟去年的落差實在太大有非常大的落差，很失望，而且我們三個房間都有嚴重的漏水，把行李都弄濕了，跟主管反應有沒有用」

「Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!」
