大叻竹林禅院附近酒店

“整體來說、整個園區非常美麗、就在湖畔邊，還附設了許多設施，環境乾淨、房間很大、服務也很好。 白玉微瑕就是、這邊比較寧靜、在山林湖畔間，出門就是要搭計程車、或是包車會，到處玩會比較方便。 但是有個問題、很嚴重， 我們有使用洗衣服的服務， 飯店人員說我們洗衣服費用會很高、 沒有聯絡到我們確定、不敢幫我們洗， 但是手機（越南）完全沒有接到電話、 下午14:00-17:00在房間休息、也同樣沒有接到任何電話，這與對方的每小時都有聯絡、明顯有出入， 最後11:30退房時、櫃檯居然還收了我們洗衣費用89萬越盾， 如果不是我們打算在飯店用完午餐再離開、再出發去機場搭飛機回胡志明、那是不是這錢就沒救了？ 希望飯店能有所改進、因為這個狀況衍生的問題、可大可小。”

“Hotel is located at hill top facing the lake. Room is big and cozy. Hotel is surrounded by lots of pine trees which you definitely will enjoy a refreshing walk in the morning.”

“I love the view here! I am a Malaysian and travelling with my sister. The bed is so comfy and so clean. Oh yeah, it looks quite small in picture but in reality it fits just fine. They have extra sofa bed in rook just in case you want to have extra bed space. They speaks limited english, but you can use translate. There are motorbike rental service as well for 130,000 vnd per day. I wish coffee and other condiments are provided for free. We ate a few of it and we need to pay hehe ”

“飯店很新，只有櫃檯人員的英文比較好些，住宿舒適，景觀很好。 飯店離纜車站很近，要去瀑布、市區都是兩三公里而已，附近有很多景觀咖啡，也不像市區那麼吵雜，個人很喜歡。”

The style of this hotel is fashionable, the staff is friendly and courteous, the breakfast level attached to the hotel is quite good, it suits my taste, and I am willing to assist the passengers and try to solve the passenger's problems. The staff are sincere and smiling, the hotel environment is maintained. Very neat, is a restaurant I like very much.”

“The location isn't great, if you are not willing to drive around with a scooter (which is kinda scary adventure in this city even if we considered it as a small city), you are screwed. The overall place is very nice, cute view and clean. But be ready to be patient if you order food as they might take some time to prepare it. Order it 30 to 45 minutes before you are hungry because they will come with some excuses of why they aren't delivery the food. They still remain nice people.”

L’accueil est particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : la literie est assez dure, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. “The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. ”
