Perfect Cozy Stay with Convenient Shuttle Service

We had a fantastic stay at this property during our ski trip with family. The place was cozy and well-equipped, making it a great retreat after a day on the slopes. The shuttle service to the resort was incredibly convenient—arriving within minutes of our request, which made getting to and from the mountain effortless.Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The WiFi worked well, and the heating kept us warm and comfortable even during a winter storm. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we’d happily book again for another ski trip!

Updated house in Northstar

My family enjoyed our ski week at this house which was nice that it was updated. The bedrooms were comfortable with a TV in each room and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. We hope to enjoy this house for many future trips.

We have 3 kids on Northstar Ski Team for last 5 years. We have stayed EVERYWHERE in Northstar. This is one of the top three Condos we've stayed at. Great open lay out, great kitchen, great location. A little bit of a walk to the shuttle, but, exercise is good.

Perfect getaway!

The townhome was in a very nice location with a great walking/hiking trail right behind it. Since most businesses are closed because of the pandemic, there was no reason to go to the Northstar Village (though Rubicon Pizza is open). The kitchen was fully equipped, which was so convenient for us! We loved the living space. It's three levels, but sound does travel from living space to master bedroom, so we had to constantly ask our adult children to keep it down. The unit is very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Unsatisfactory

The location and layout of the property was good. The kitchen stock and cooking utensils plentiful were high quality which was great for the amount of cooking we did. The cleanliness of the property was poor. There were Cheerios in the sink, dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and the amount of cobwebs in the eaves and ceiling corners looked like they were decorating for Halloween. Not good for the family arachnophobia. Considering the above-average cleaning charge certainly they can do better! Our only other issue is that the description of the “pool-access” failed to mention the $8 charge per person to use the pool. The lack of air conditioning was a little uncomfortable but there were multiple fans provided, to move air around. I understand that the need for AC is rare at that altitude so not a deal breaker. All that said, I would likely only recommend this property during winter as the access to the ski area would be a huge plus unless you are big into Mountain Bike riding.

Nice condo that is convenient to a lot of amenities. Greatly enjoyed our stay and exploring the Tahoe area. Concerning the condo - plenty of room for my family to spread out and everything was updated / modern. Only complaint was lack of fans to help with the hot temps. There is no air conditioning and the condo was getting in to the low 90's in the afternoon. We tried to cool off the condo at night but not enough fans to get the air circulating in all levels of the condo. Outside of that - the condo was perfect!
