"Great location. Set on waterfront. Next to a nice mall. Easy walking distance to Metro station. M2 from the airport and one change to M4 will bring you Havenholmen which is walking distance to this hotel One can walk through the mall to reduce the walking! We had to leave early on the last day to catch the flight. The staff packed a nice sandwich plus fruits plus juice and water. We did book the room with breakfast. Instead of saying too bad they helped us with the packed breakfast. Nice touch. You can ask them for fresh towels."

"A great location for getting around the city. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. We didn't eat at the hotel at all, although we did stop for a drink in the bar one evening; so we can't comment on the food. However the staff serving in the bar/restaurant were attentive and polite. Reception staff were very helpful at check-in, also helping when we asked for supplies of tea and coffee for the room. They arranged a taxi for us at check-out and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our only (small) issue was storage, we stayed for 5 nights and there was limited space for clothes. A couple more drawers and coat hangers would be good. The tiny shelf next to each side of the bed is barely big enough for a 'phone, so a small set of drawers there would have been ideal. Similarly the bathroom could have used a shelf and a few more hooks. But these were minor inconveniences and wouldn't be a problem if staying just for a weekend. Overall it is a great place to stay and we'd definitely choose it again next time we visit Copenhagen."

"Nice and helpful staff. My only issue with my stay was that it was very noisy outside and in the other hotel building in the night and early morning around 5 a.m. with motorbikes arriving or departing and young people singing and talking loudly . Practical that it’s close to the air port. No complaints about the room except difficult to open the window completely due to the child protection . There’s no air condition in the rooms. Good place to stay for the price you pay."

"This was a last-minute booking due to the fact that it was so hot and the original place that we were staying at did not have air-conditioning so we need something. The place was small but accommodating since we were out for most of the day. And it was just good enough, but it was very tight to put our two large luggage and backpacks around the place. But it did the job. The room that we got would be more suitable for one person, but like I mentioned before, we needed a room with air air-conditioning in a window that would open so it was good"
