「Great space and great customer service! I had to toss away my suitcase and their response was prompt and professional. Highly recommend.」

「Clean, and spacious for a big group」

「The room is a little bit small than I thought. I booked a twin room and expect there are 2 bed separate. However the room is too small so it is only 2 separate mattresses puting together. Besides that, everything is fine. I super love it's rooftop view! Super beautiful for watching Tokyo Skytree (and should be excellent for watching Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival)」

「Fork are dirty stick with dry rice The shower room is small The toilet is smelly And the stairs is the problem when we take luggage upstairs.」

「Good location. Not too busy but with lots of food and subway options. Large studio compared to similarly priced places.」

「Im so glad we booked this place over a hotel in Tokyo! It was so comfortable, inviting, clean and well looked after with excellend amenities. Our family of 5 with 3 young kids absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay here again」

「Fantastic location, everything you need was included. Great set up for a family.. it is one big room where the beds are, so it was great for a family, maybe not for friends or people wanting privacy, but for us, everything was excellent.」

「My family had constable stay at the Vanilla Hotel at Fukagawa. The room is new and fairly clean. The location is excellent: there are train station, convenient stores, many stylish cafes, a clean coin laundry, and restaurants. There staff was polite and thoughtful; she rent us a couple of umbrellas on rainy days. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. HEADS-UP: the kitchen doesn’t provide cookware and dishwater. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain. I showered while kneeling down in the tub....

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. 」

「Conveniently located to public transit. The area was quiet at night. Comfortable and a good value!」

「This is our 2nd time staying for a month at this beautiful, well-appointed apartment. It felt so nice to feel like we were coming back to our "Tokyo home." The location is great - close to multiple subway lines, walkable to many neighborhoods, and peaceful near the Sumida River. Yukari & Eiichi are wonderful hosts. We definitely recommend this property!」
