"We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. "The property was clean and communication from the host clear. The property looks like on the pictures. However, there are a few things that could’ve been better: (1) kitchen is incredibly poorly equipped with exactly 1 cutting knife and no cutlery at all, not even a spoon, (2) the toilet isn’t private, as the window is not shaded and there were builders just in front of the window, (3) it’s impossible to have a shower whilst standing up as there’s no fixing for the shower head and (4) we were...

"Excellent location. Right next to train station and bus station. Staff very helpful in forwarding luggage. Breakfast was fine with plenty of seating. Water dispenser provided. There is a direct exit to the shopping mall and train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Don Quixote just right across the street with a bridge so you do not have to cross the roads even. Clean and comfortable. "
