I made my reservation a month in advance thinking everything would be great. When I showed up on the day at 9:30 at night I find out they overbooked it and just didn't tell me. We were 1200 miles from home and no place to stay. It was horrible. It was no not VRBO's fault. It was the owner.

When we are renting with Expedia, we were thinking that it's a suite in an hotel. When we arrived in Tucson, we discovered that it was a VBO location. The adress was not the right one, we knock at the door, the people living there said, that it's behind in a small street, Elida street. The host send the code at the last minute during we were on the road from LAX to TUCSON. So we have to book an hotel for one night and come back next day. No body check the house before we arrive, so we have only one towel for 2 guests, impossible to control the temperature, it was very cold, and we will not speak about the bed!!!. So difficult to contact the host directly, we send an e-mail and he answer 2 days later. He said 2 liars, first one somebody will come , no body came. new e-mail, he answer that the is outside Tucson and he will come, he never come. The environment where is this house is very bad, very dirty. It was my first, not volontary experience in such kind of location, it will be the last one. It will be also my last experience with Expedia, how they can mix Varsity Club hotel, Homewood Suites, etc.... with this can of place. We are coming to GJX since more than 10 years, we never have this kind of problem. This host is realy a very bad one.
