Nestled in the heart of the Catalina Foothills, Casa Blanca is designed to welcome families and large groups alike. Inspired by the timeless allure of Spanish design and the breathtaking desert vistas surrounding, we embarked on a journey to craft a harmonious retreat that embodies the spirit of southwest living combined with contemporary comforts.
The modern kitchen is a cook's delight with every tool and utensil that you could want to make any delectable meal. The spice rack is full, there are quality knives, pots and pans, and a 48in 8-burner all gas range offers many delicious possibilities. A Keurig K-Duo allows for a single cup brew or a carafe of coffee to caffeinate your day. And the 10 ft island and all marble countertops provide ample preparation and presentation space all adjacent to the dining area.
The living room, sun drenched with expansive 16 ft bi-parting patio doors, is open and spacious with direct views of the majestic mountains. An electric fireplace can be enjoyed for cozy nights in and a smart 65" TV with access to streaming services also available.
The primary suite, lovingly named the Agave Room, features a luxurious California king memory foam bed, a 60" smart Roku TV, and a resort style en suite bathroom complete with dual shower heads and a relaxing soaking tub.
The Terracotta Room features a memory foam queen bed and direct views of the city and is just a few steps from the hallway bathroom.
The Azul Room offers two twin size beds, also a few steps from the hallway bathroom.
The Pistachio Room, located on the opposite wing of the house, is complete with a memory foam queen size bed and direct access to the swimming pool and adjacent half bath.
Please note that all bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The den/office, with dedicated work spaces for the working traveler, can provide additional sleeping arrangements with a foldout queen size sleeper couch.
Outside, step onto the expansive patio and immerse yourself in the splendor of the Arizona desert. The breathtaking panoramic views will leave you awe-inspired. Savor your morning coffee as you witness the vibrant colors of the sunrise painting the desert sky or indulge in evening cocktails as you experience the magic of stargazing at night, far away from the city lights, while lounging outdoors. The outdoor living space is thoughtfully furnished, offering an ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply unwinding amidst the serenity of the desert surroundings.
We're delighted to share that pool heating was also recently added as an extra amenity for our guests. If you're interested, please inquire with us. The cost of pool heating is $100 per day (2 day minimum). Without heating, the pool will generally be a comfortable temperature from early May to late September.
NO POOL FENCE: The safety of our young guests is of utmost importance. Since there is no pool fence, we ask that guests be aware that the home is not secure for small children and require children 16 and under to be supervised when outside.
Other things to note:
Guest will have access to the entire property, excluding the garage.
For security purposes, we have installed exterior security cameras monitoring the front and backyard entry doors and walkways/driveway up to the house.
Yard and pool service is performed weekly and may occur during your stay.
