PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7. We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.
5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.
6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.
8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement: a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.

Very clean property, comfortable and had all necessities. Such a peaceful area but still close enough to city. Having pool was nice and within a short walk. Communicating with property very easy and the one issue during stay was resolved. Would stay again. Thank you.
Spacious condo in a quiet little community near Starr Pass
Cute little condo with a nice fenced-in patio. The condo was spacious with all of the necessary amenities. We were very comfortable and loved staying here!
Property was super clean and comfortable. Good location for biking trail The Loop and experiencing what Tucson has to offer. Felt safe running every morning. Enjoyed the skylights and nightlights in every room. Bed was comfy.
We enjoyed our stay in this very nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more. It is close to golf and good hiking in Saguaro NP. Good restaurants not too far away.
This is a perfect stay for us. Well, we were trying to get my daughter moved in to her college apartment. It was close to the campus and a very good neighborhood
Visited many sites around Tucson. This property is close to downtown and completely safe. Worked out just great for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tucson.
It was a quick overnight. This property was easy to get to and close to the sites we wanted to see. Even though we didn’t do much besides sleep there, we noticed that it was well equipped with everything we would have needed had we stayed longer. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the parking was great.
We smoothly checked into our intimate unit via lockbox. The interior,(and exterior), of the place was pristine. The little fenced back yard offered us just what we wanted; quiet!!! Our host, Todd, was at our ever beck and call. He made sure everything was as advertised. We'll probably return here, but for a longer stay next year. It''s a very cozy little place!
We traveled with our teen girls. The home was lovely, we did not get a chance to use the pool. Great location, 30 minutes from anything in Tucson. Wonderful communication with host. Everything was provided. Little clean up requested. I would definitely stay here again.
Had a wonderful time staying here. Very peaceful. I couldn't tell that I was in a city at night. There were no sirens or any disruptive noises outside late at night. Plenty of board games and movies/shows on the tube. Went swimming and had the whole pool to ourselves. What a wonderful time. Will definitely be booking here again anytime I travel to Tucson!
We love this unit, we've stayed here multiple times. The location is great for visiting our family. The unit is large, well-equipped and very clean. Has games and books, a great backyard with a table and chairs and a what looks to be a nice grill. Beds are comfortable. Close to downtown, St Mary's Hospital and Pima Community College. We've never visited during pool season, but the pool area looks nice. In case it matters to you, it seemed to us that the unit is owned/managed by a company rather than individuals. Communication was easy but we heard from multiple people and many of the emails seemed like canned emails with little regard to our specific situation.
We stayed at this property for a getaway to Tucson last week. Unfortunately, our dog ingested some substance that has been dumped in the small yard on the first night we arrived and by morning was very sick and needed to go to an emergency vet. She was so sick, the vet initially thought she was septic and we were facing a very expensive surgery and possibly euthanizing our dog. Additional labs pointed to pancreatitis and supported the theory that someone had dumped the grill’s grease trap, and that is what made her so ill. She has recovered, but the vet bill was over 6K.In response to our communication with the hosts, we received sympathy, but no willingness to accept any responsibility or offer any restitution. The place was as described and the interior was clean and comfortable. The location was good for exploring the west side of Tucson, including areas downtown as well as the National Park and Desert Museum.We are disappointed to say the least.
Perfect place to stay, way better than a hotel! Clean, comfy, and everything you need! Hosts were great and very responsive, hands down we will be staying again. :)
