“My family and I were very comfortable at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the reception staff treated us with complete kindness and hospitality, all of them: Stacy, Ismael, and Angelica, and I'm missing the name of another young woman who was also super attentive to us. They offered us water, cookies, coffee, tea, and sweets at all times, and a hot and cold breakfast in the mornings. The woman who works in the food area was very kind and always kept the area……
