「Me and my party enjoy our stay. Our flight for the day we were to check out was a late flight and management was kind enough to give us a late checkout. The apartments are very comfortable and clean and accommodating Keith was very kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay a highly recommend these apartments. 「We had an excellent stay at Sarova Whitesands Hotel! The service truly feels 5-star – every staff member was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, and I really enjoyed that they serve tea and snacks at 4pm, which was a lovely touch. 「The hotel was beautiful, our cottage overlooking the sea just perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. She was equanimity personified, and utterly professional as she helped us navigate a path to the bag's retrieval. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Thank you Agnes.」

「An absolute pearl on the Kenyan coast. The location is quite and beautiful, with professional and super friendly staff and management. The food was amazing and served in wonderful atmosphere.
