“Room was not very clean, drapes didn’t slide, WiFi didn’t work, so had to borrow hot spot from manager. Checked out for one day, checked back in a day later. Same room and sheet were not changed. I could tell because there was a stain near the pillow. Limited options in Santana. ”

“Room was ok, staff were friendly. My room didn’t have a window, so I upgraded to a different room on my third night to a larger deluxe double room, which was no different than the first room I was in, and still in the window. Breakfast was good. Again, staff were very polite and professional. ”
