The host was not available to address our concerns in a timely matter. This property was anything but charming. The house is in a neighborhood that did not feel safe and not in a well lit area. The house was dirty and smelled foul. The host offered us a 10% refund, WOW!, and told us they would never rent to us again. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. I should have known when I read the previous reviews about the cleanliness but was reassured by the host they have a new cleaning crew. Not worth your time or money.

Nice Decor, But Poor Maintenance and Cleanliness

We stayed at this property on the west side of Tulsa for two nights and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The thermostat kept automatically adjusting itself to a much higher temperature every few hours, making the house uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. Cleanliness was also a major issue—there were dead bugs on the floor when we arrived, clumps of pet hair in the bedroom, and hair in the bathroom sink and shower.While the home is decorated nicely, it’s clearly older and in poor condition—the ceiling in the second bedroom is even falling in. On a positive note, the bedding was clean and in great shape, the furniture was decent, and we felt secure during our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy.Overall, I would not recommend this property to others due to the cleanliness issues, maintenance concerns, and unreliable temperature control.

Weekend Event

We were in Tulsa for a weekend event, and this was the perfect place. We were gone most of the day, but needed a place to stay in the evenings. It had all we were looking for, though we didn’t need much for this getaway. The property manager was also prompt with responses and to help us get situated when we arrived.
