  • Experience the best of Tulsa in this spacious Midtown home, ideally located just minutes from Downtown, The Gathering Place, and 2 blocks to Brookside, filled with dining, shopping, and entertainment. Relax in the expansive, fully fenced backyard featuring a sparkling pool, outdoor dining space, and grill—perfect for enjoying sunny days. Whether you’re here to explore the city or unwind by the pool, this home offers the ultimate Tulsa getaway!
    Bedroom 1: Primary suite. King bed, SmartTv, couch that folds into a queen bed if needed, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.

    Bedroom 2: King bed, couch, ample closet space

    Bedroom 3: Queen, size bed, ample closet space

    Living room : 76” SmartTv, plush, comfortable sectional, board games.

    Dining Area: There are two dining areas enough for up to 12.

    Laundry room: Full size washer, and dryer, starter detergent

    Garage: Workout equipment, parking space for one vehicle.

    Backyard: Electric grill, outdoor dining area, swimming pool, fully fenced yard.

    There is plenty of driveway parking and one space available in the garage. Garage must be opened and closed from the inside.

This home is in a great location and is very comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay. I did have some complaints - we had to fix the chain in the toilet tank 20 times, no skillet so scrambled eggs in a pot, the master shower constantly dripped, and the welcome book at the house says NO GUESTS. I understand no events, but I texted the owner to ask if I could have my siblings over for dinner and was basically told no. Honestly, if I had known I couldn’t have guests I would have stayed some place else. Assuming they fix the problems and you don’t plan to have guests it is a great rental.

Sweet house!

Our family stayed here while in town for a cattle show. We honestly could not have had a better experience. The house is very nice and clean and the pool was a big draw for our kids. Great neighborhood that was close to the expo center where the show was held, fireworks at the park, and close enough to walk to shopping and food. Can not recommend this place enough, hopefully we’ll be able to stay here on our future trips to Tulsa!
