This gorgeous Italian Villa with a large pool is an airbn Superhost with over 100 5 star ratings and is located in Tulsa's Historic Mapleridge neighborhood. The Villa is also in THE perfect location for a visit to tulsa, only 2 blocks from from Tulsa's fabulous Gathering Place Park, and only minutes from downtown, the BOK center, Brookside and utica square. Boosting a spacious interior 3774 sq ft and exterior areas with a gorgeous rooftop deck and balcony, allowing views of the pool, surrounding neighborhood. The Villa is a gated Mediterranean style house with a large pool and a layout that lends itself to entertaining while also providing seclusion for those guests wishing to get some quiet time. With a blend of gorgeous italian architecture and beautiful, authentic western art, this home truly is one of a kind. Also, we have two bikes, one adult small, and one large bike allow you to take advantage of the many miles of riverside bike paths that are only a block away!

Host was very nice. Home was great with a lot of historic significance in an amazing neighborhood right next to The Gathering Place. House setup is a little unique and noise travels since it is an older house. However it worked fine for us. We could have fit our family of six in the master bedroom

Beautiful Villa

This beautiful villa is very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The owner is very good with communicating. If you have any questions or concerns, he gets back to you really quickly. Plenty of parking, for those people traveling with multiple people.

Beautiful neighborhood and community

We enjoyed our two night stay in Tulsa. The neighborhood felt very safe. The pool was a little chilly, but that was to be expected given the weather. Linden is a great host. We especially appreciated the extra water bottles. It was a kind gesture.

Cozy Villa

We stayed in this home with our family of 4 for Christmas. The home is in a great neighborhood, very safe and close to The Gathering Place. It’s a beautiful old home with interesting history, art and decor, but also has spacious modern bathrooms and amenities. The kitchen was very nice as well. The decorations for Christmas were a nice homey touch and the living area was very cozy. We liked the master suite with a very large bathroom, faux fireplace and comfy king bed. Note there is no door to the en-suite bathroom. There is a spiral staircase to get downstairs to be aware of for anyone with mobility issues. Our only issue was the outdoor hot tub and rooftop deck were in need of repair and not usable, but hopefully as the weather gets warmer this will be fixed. The host was very responsive and I appreciated it being pet friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

A great house for a family stay

My wife and I came for 4 nights on Ney Year's day. My son flew in and stayed with is. The house was still decorated for Christmas which added a nice touch. Linden was a great host, starting with before our visit making sure we had everything we would need when we arrived. The bedroom in the basement is very large with a nice area for sitting and a large bathroom. My wife liked the tub with the jets. If you are a remote worker, there is a good office with a desk downstairs for working in.My son stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Every room in the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking.It was too cold to use the pool.We liked that it is walking distance to the gathering place. It's a great place to go to get some walking in or get a snack and sit down and relax. The neighborhood felt safe even at night. My son and I found some Lime scooters nearby to tool around and do more exploring of the area.There are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

Such a Disappointment

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay in the house. It needs to be sanitized and aired out. The kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven, and toaster oven) were dirty. It was dusty and smelled as if the house had been closed up for some time. It was dark and dingy. The spa tub had dead bugs in it. There were cobwebs all around the windows on the outside of the house. The pool and the hot tub need a good cleaning. I hope this helps others to not get taken by this host. In my opinion, this house is unfit to rent out. It’s still hard for me to believe the condition of this house. It was such a disappointing vacation experience.
