Bad experience in this aparment
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

the first day of my arrival there was no water and they sent us to another apartment to be able to shower, the shampoo and soap dispensers were dirty, rust was coming out of the metal of the apartment that sent us to shower and also when I used ours all the dispensers in the bathrooms were rusty, when I reported this to the cleaning supervisor she took the report but did not clean them, I had to clean them to be able to use them, there were centipedes everywhere and spiders, the private jacuzzi was dirty. when I went to sleep and made the bed the sheets had mold stains, the climate control in two of the rooms did not work well in the middle of the night they stopped working and the room got very hot, the pool in the common areas was always dirty there were plates and food scraps floating in it and they never cleaned it in the five days I was there.
