Optimal A/C use: The ideal setting for the mini-split air conditioning units in this area is 24 °C (75 °F).
Responsible use: Please turn off the air conditioning/heating and lights when you leave the unit.
TULUM is a beautiful beach CITY in the jungle, so the tropical climate and infrastructure in the Caribbean sometimes cause services like electricity, water, and wifi to have interruptions. But don't worry! To keep you connected, we've installed a battery backup (UPS) to keep the WiFi running for up to 5 hours if the power ever goes out. These interruptions are usually brief and resolved quickly. While they are beyond our control, we will always do our best to make you comfortable if one occurs during your stay.
From time to time, issues with services may arise due to frequent guest use. Rest assured that these situations are considered normal and are not due to negligence. Please report them to us, and we will act immediately to resolve them
Shared amenities (pool, gym, elevators, etc.) are managed by the building and may occasionally close for maintenance.
