Good price, needs work
Long story short, it wasn’t what you expect based on the listing pictures.The property is in need of a serious deep clean and maintenance. If those were addressed then it would make a big difference.The sliding doors are difficult to open, the kitchen faucet sprayed in pretty much every direction but down, the pool was dirty when we showed up and the water was cloudy which was very off-putting so we never did end up using it, as was the outdoor bathtub that was full of debris and bugs the minute we got there. I get you’re surrounded by trees but first impressions really impact your level of comfort. The pool was cleaned a couple times but the water wasn’t fully addressed until second to last day and by that point we already decided against using it. The cleanliness was the biggest issue, the pillows smelled like sweaty rags and when we moved one of the sections of the couch underneath was beyond filthy, guaranteed they hadn’t cleaned under there in a very long time. The area carpets were worn out, dirty, and just didn’t feel nice to be stepping on.Now on the plus side there was ample space, and the concierge team was absolutely outstanding! They would get back to you quickly at any time of the day and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The issues we did mention with the property they did address quickly.Overall we would still say the property was good value for what we spent but it just was not what we expected.
