“Everything was nice. Arrived at night around 9pm. They welcomed us home, and gathered the is the luggage. Off we went on resort cart. Beautiful lit pathway, line with palm trees. Welcome, sash on the door. checked in with preferred club members and the festivities began. Served premium drinks. The next 3 days were wonderful, the all inclusive package was definitely a deal. “Villas de Rosa is a hidden gem. The location is right on a beautiful quiet beach with great snorkeling right in front. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. The beach bar has great food and amazing staff that make you feel comfortable. We will be back regularly! ”

“We had a lovely time at the Sens, the rooms were clean and the food was good. The thing that made it lose a star is that they require you to leave the facility at 12pm sharp, so if you have a flight leaving at 6pm then you have to book another night or sit in the airport for hours????”

“With so many other amazing options in Tulum its hard to recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Pros:
- A very nice room with good amenities
- Nice bell hop and beach wait staff
Cons:
- Really poor service from the front desk
- We arrived early and were told that hotel check-in was at 3pm, at 3:30pm our room still was not ready with the excuse of "the hotel is completely booked"
- They were going to show us a potential room upgrade and forgot when other guests showed up to check-in
