Very good accommodation
I stayed here for about 3 months. Property matched photos and was under 10 mins away from the beach and Chedraui. Wifi was fast and reliable. Pool was clean. There are washing machines available for use. There was security overnight. Very quiet, safe and peaceful area. Apartment came with everything you'd need to get started, dishes, soap, small cooking items, coffee, toilet paper, towels. Fridge was clean and not smelly.The only little annoyance I had was the dumping ground right outside the balcony. I chose the property specifically for the balcony and beautiful view but I couldn't spend as much time out there as I wanted. Also, there seems to be a plumbing issue within the building. Sometimes I would wake up to a sewage-like smell coming out of the shower. The unit next door was also very smelly. I would not let that stop me from returning though. The building seemed well-maintained overall. I don't think unit was cleaned well before I arrived (soap scum in bathroom, stains on chair cushions and hair in bed linens) but it wasn't unmanageable. I did some light cleaning myself and host arranged for cleaning I think 2 or 3 times during my stay. I appreciated that because everything was left absolutely spotless after each cleaning.Host was very attentive and communicative. I would stay again.
