The Space:

This bright and airy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private villa offers two levels of stylish living space, along with a tranquil garden and a rooftop terrace featuring two pools.



On the first level, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area perfect for socializing or relaxing. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, full-size oven, 4-burner ceramic stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and chef’s knives. The breakfast bar seats 4, while the elegant dining table accommodates 6. Sunlight floods the space through expansive sliding glass doors, offering a seamless connection to the outdoors.



The living room opens to a private jungle garden, furnished with handcrafted wooden pieces that bring a touch of local artistry to your experience. Relax on the sun loungers or take a dip in the soaking pool, surrounded by a beautifully designed wooden deck.

The Neighborhood:

Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood offers the best mixture of wellness, cafes, and international flare. Sip a drink at one of the many sidewalk cafes, choose from a variety of international restaurants, and browse the many shops and boutiques.



On Calle 7 you will find everything you need at your fingertips. Easy beach access via the newly opened Avenida Kukulcan. Please note the neighborhood is still developing and not all roads are paved.



Getting Around:

While staying in the La Veleta neighborhood of Tulum, we highly recommend exploring the area by bike or scooter for an authentic and convenient experience. Tulum is a bike-friendly town with bike paths and bike racks on main avenues, making it an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. If you plan to discover the town and visit the nearby cenotes, a bike or scooter will be your best companion.



However, if you're looking to explore destinations beyond Tulum, like Akumal, Valladolid, Bacalar, or other more distant cenotes, renting a car is the most practical option. It gives you the freedom to travel at your own pace and visit these incredible places comfortably.
