CONSTRUCTION NOTE: There is construction going on with the downstairs garden pools. There will be some noise from 9am till 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9am till 2pm. The rooftop pool is still available and you will have access to the gazebo and a secondary garden pool at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We allow cancellations and offer a 96% (payment less administrative fees incurred by us) refund from the date of booking till 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days of check-in are subject to a 50% refund.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Additionally we require a $500 deposit or you have the option of purchasing damage waiver protection for your stay with us for $35 (which covers you for up to $500). You will be invited to verify your identity and select from one of these two options through a separate email from our insurance broker Truvi. This is NOT the same insurance that VRBO offers.
