The space
EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP OF MIA S BEACH CLUB IS INCLUDED DURING YOUR STAY.

When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with exclusive membership of MIA beach club where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers , free parking.

Beach club membership is free for the duration of your stay with us.
MIA beach club access includes free beach beds and free parking.
Please let us know what date & time you wish to go so we can book the beds for your group (kindly confirm the number of guest too)

Booking will be made under your name.

** They will only hold the beds for 15 mins if you are late.
** there is a minimum spent fee (on food and/or beverages) of around 1200pesos pp.


**As a complimentary service, Villa Kamran offers daily personal chef (everyday but Tuesdays) at your disposal for breakfast and/or lunch, you will only have to cover ingredients (we ask for a fund in advance).



Upstairs (first floor):

Bedroom 1. Master: 1 King size bed, full ensuite bathroom with large tub, vanity desk, very large closet with plenty of shells and hangers, balcony.

Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed, full en suite bathroom, balcony.


(second floor)

Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed with full en suite bathroom, large closet.


Bedroom 4. 2 king beds with full en suite bathroom, closet, large terrace. (One of the king bed can be made has 2 single bed on request)

All our beds have good quality sheets, pillows and blankets.
Bath and beach towels and 100% cotton, bed linen are provided for you and there is A/C in all rooms.

Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible on request if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day.
Other things to note
Our team is available 24 hours a day to assist you as you deserve on your vacation. Daily cleaning service available, breakfast and much more (extra cost). Let yourself be pampered. Tell us your wish, we make it true.

Kindly note that there are construction on our street, you may experience some noise from 9am to 6pm on week days and Saturday morning. constructions are reaching the end though so it shouldn’t be too loud.
