The hotel was ok , I think breakfast should start around 6am in the morning to accommodate travelers leaving to go on the road or to travel back home or to another country but other wise it was ok .

The staff was very pleasant, that's the only positive. This hotel should be totally demolish and rebuild. The rooms are outdated, the walls were so thin and the cieling being high made it seem the guest in the other rooms were talking to you. There was a event close by, were when the music was playing it was vibrating the whole room..many of the guest had to vacate that day as it was too much to deal. The hotel did not inform guests of the disturbance prior to booking.

There were shops nearby but the restaurant inside the hotel was expensive.Also,you need to request for room tidying before they come.Lastly, I didn't like the smell from the towels provided.When you are on the first floor,you need to descend downstirs before you can dispose off waste.Black ants and mosquitoes were seen in my room.

the shower was not working and i could not take a proper bath for like four days and they thought that was ok, They could not fix the shower or put me in another room with a working shower. Fulling water in a bottle and throwing on your self remind me of the stone ages

Positives: decent size mini fridge and microwave. Both came in handy. Negatives: No table or chairs in the room or in the porch. Booked for 3 persons but there were only 2 towels (staff was very friendly and efficient in providing additional towel). Some restaurant menu items were obviously overpriced. Limited access to the pool as this is a shared facility with a swimming club that had scheduled classes most of time.

It was the worst experience ever. The pictures did not match the actual place or accommodations. The first night after checking in, we had to vacate as there were bugs all over the room. Being there was no staff, I couldn’t call anyone. Decided to leave and stay at a hotel. Came back the next morning to check out.

I got to the hotel and there was no one at the counter to check me in. The hostel is completely run down. Several areas were substandard. It is not easy to find and passes through a very suspicious area. They promised me a refund and I received none after being forced to find and pay for another place to stay at night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You're better off sleeping in the airport.

The room and stay was fine. The staff on the other hand, the attitude off a few was not very friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get answers to simple questions. Also, I booked my room at night due to some personal matters, and was unable to check in because no one was available at the reception desk - something I am definitely not used to. So I had to find another hotel to stay in which meant I had to pay again. They allowed me to stay for the nights I booked but I did not need to stay an extra night. They would not refund me and I could not refund on expedia because the check-in time had passed. Wasted money. I suggest giving guests the option to pay when they arrive if staff isn't available around the clock. That way, I could have avoided paying more than I intended to. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Nothing was provided in the hotel just 2 towels and bed to sleep. No bottle water,no hot water kettle,no coffee,tea no toiletries for every little things had to go out of the hotel to buy. It was very inconvenient. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with my experience. Basically you only pay for the bed to sleep.

**Fantastic Stay – Great Location & Amazing Staff!** an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated in the heart of Tunapuna, close commute to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas just a short walk away. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is within reach. The on-site facilities were also impressive. The restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great service, a prime location, and excellent amenities for the price. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!
