“We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful when they can. I was only there for 1 day on a layover but the hospitality from the front desk and also the bellman made me say I’d come again.”

“I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. “It is great! The owner is very hospitality to us and the rooms are clean and comfortable.”

“Firstly I was given acroom to the far end of the floor that seemed like a converted storage room. The lighting was bad in the corridor couldn't see the open the door. I was relocated to another room that smelled better and had a shower curtain only to realize their was no water in the shower and was relocated to the first initial room. “The staff was very pleasant, that's the only positive. This hotel should be totally demolish and rebuild. The rooms are outdated, the walls were so thin and the cieling being high made it seem the guest in the other rooms were talking to you. There was a event close by, were when the music was playing it was vibrating the whole room..many of the guest had to vacate that day as it was too much to deal. The hotel did not inform guests of the disturbance prior to booking.”
