「Unique property but has its drawbacks. Without a car you are relying on the hotel shuttle service which is apparently only offered when it suits them. This led to us missing the opportunity to enjoy the pools and left us rushing for our evening tour. Some confusion also as to the availability of room service meant more inconvenience. Some staff could do with further training in how to deal with customer complaints effectively at the time they occur. Having stayed at many similar resorts around...

「My wife uses a wheelchair. The assessable room is perfect for someone with limited mobility. There is no off street parking. Street parking in front of units is unrestricted. The breakfast provisions are more than adequate and the communal kitchen is the best that I seen anywhere. Location is great over the road from the Pretoria Hotel that has a great dinner menu.」

「Very clean couldn’t ask for more」

「We stayed at the Reisen Motel as we were exploring the Adelaide Hills for my birthday weekend getaway. It was perfectly located nice and central near the Main Street in Hahndorf. We had dinner at the hotel across the road and breakfast at the café next door and both were fantastic. Shower pressure was great and the room was nice and warm as it was winter and cold outside. It was a quiet location and we rested and slept well in the comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and you could tell...

「it is easy to find. everything ok. shower is strong.」

「I did not expect shared amenities, that wasn't clear when I booked. Took skin off my knee and pulled threads on clothes on the wall in the room, it was so sharp. There is no sound barrier to the hall, you hear everything everyone is saying. On the bright side, the staff were lovely.」

「酒店内花园景色非常美，就是去酒店的道路稍微绕和狭窄一些，还好那里车辆也比较少，就是最好不要在深夜才开去酒店，疫情期间酒店也不提供任何的餐饮服务，不知以后会不会开放」

「Room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Excellent service from all staff members all night from booking in to directions and dinner.」

「Wonderful property So peaceful. Perfectly and thoughtfully styled Can't wait to retuen」

「only wifi is poor but I like the environment and very comfort place to relax. 5 mins walking distance to supermarket so can buy all the food for self cooking easily」

「Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good. 」

「We travelled with 6 adults and 3 young kids and stayed in the homestead which was beautiful. Couldn’t fault it, the inclusive access to the farm barn was amazing for the kids who fed the animals every morning. The house was so spacious looking out onto the farm, plenty of amenities and clean + just perfect. We wished we stayed longer, highly recommend!」
