"Very clean and efficient didn’t have any issues. It’s a bit far out the way of valencia if that’s your intention for the trip and you would need to get an uber to get into Silla as it’s on the wrong side of a motorway. Apart from its location if your staying locally or don’t mind grabbing an uber or driving it’s a solid clean choice for a enjoyable stay!"

"The hotel itself was very nice, with clean rooms and good facilities, and overall it had the potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the reception staff. I was allowed to check in and given a room key, only to find it was already occupied by another guest. This was an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation that should never happen. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no apology from the reception staff when I reported the issue. While the hotel and amenities were good, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the reception team left a negative impression and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay."

"Great stay at this hotel! What made it all even more special is the staff, everyone, especially at the Reception. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and the staff at this hotel were genuinely happy to help and always greeting you with warmth and a smile. We stayed with a 2 year old and their help and attention was greatly appreciated."

"The Hotel is convenient walking distance from a shopping center and grocery store, but far away from Valencia central area and beach. So Uber was expensive. The breakfast was ok, no enough food on both morning that I was there, also no the best. The staff was friendly we asked for A Fan and we got it. I would like some water dispenser for guests to drink water, I stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my least favorite because no water for guests and no hair conditioner either. Overall the area was safe, plenty places to eat around ."
