The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator in the Campidoglio neighborhood, just a short walk from Corso Francia and the subway (Racconigi station). The area is quiet, central, and well-connected. The apartment, already in excellent condition, was renovated in early 2023: the windows, the shower, most of the furniture, and the air conditioning system are all new; the system is highly efficient both in summer (for cooling or dehumidifying) and in winter (when it can be used in conjunction with the central heating system). The apartment consists of: an entryway, a kitchen-dining area, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a living room (with a single bed that converts to a double and an additional sofa that converts to a single bed), a storage closet, and two balconies. All rooms are spacious, well-organized, and well-equipped, making the apartment ideal for 2–4 people, even for extended stays, although it can accommodate up to five. Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby can also be accommodated; a foldable 60x120 crib (with bedding, suitable for a child up to 15 kg) and a foldable high chair (a booster seat for children aged 6 months to 3 years). A small but useful desk is available for those who need to work. Those who enjoy watching TV in the evening will find two televisions; the larger one, in the living room, offers free access to Raiplay, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Book lovers will find numerous books and comic books available, in addition to the host’s own publications.
The accommodations are suitable for both those using public transportation (given its proximity to the subway) and those driving: it’s easy to find paid street parking right in front of the house (one euro per hour, free at night and on holidays), or free parking just outside the paid zone (about 500 m away).
