The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygienic breakfast. Highly recommended"

"The bathrooms should be checked carefully for any deficiency in hair shampoo , conditioner, liquid soap … etc In add, no reply to the guest emails & delay in answering the chats , otherwise, it is a comfortable hotel."

"Room was ok, nothing special but good be improved. With price i paid i cant complain. If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. You get what u paid for so i dont have complaints. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Would defo use hotels.com again. Great price and good communications"
