"We were there with our 12 year old grandson last Monday. They don’t let kids go in the rooftop pool. It was frustrating. But what wa maddening beyond belief is that I booked the room for 2 adults one child and was offered breakfast for $39. I purchased it. It was listed on the confirmation as “free breakfast”. Now wouldn’t you think that meant breakfast for three without any additional cost? NOPE! We were told that it was only for two and that it was $30 credit (even though I paid $39…I was told that was “an Expedia thing”). Went through the “grab and go” and guess what I got for $30? ONE bacon and egg biscuit, one bottle of Minutemade fruit punch and one cup of strawberries. That came to $27. Our grandson got breakfast, we did not. It was absolutely fraudulent! I would like a refund. "

"Our room was spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom had not been finished being cleaned apparently. Dirty towels left behind the bathroom door, floor not swept and the wall looked as it someone spilt a drink and didnt wipe it up. I asked for a mgr to reach out to me but heard nothing back. For $190 a night I expected a clean room. "

"After have having some not excellent experiences in other hotels, I have to say that the staff was more than helpful(Jasmine and kardeezh ( I apologize for spelling) were very patient and helpful. The new upgrades and cleanliness were notable!"

"Lovely “Old Florida” atmosphere. Hosts were very accommodating and room was comfortable. Amenities included breakfast, snacks, sodas, beer and wine. We will stay there again. "
