「We had a wonderful time here. The house is cozy and the property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Our host was friendly and kind and kept open communication if we had any needs. We stayed 3 nights and in the end kind of regretted not booking for longer but this will only mean that we will book again. The nearby towns are easy to get to and very nice with nice shops. If you need food you don't have to drive far. We loved walking the property looking for frogs and newts. And if you have an...

「I booked this property for a short getaway with some fiends and was very disappointed. The house and property have been very neglected and allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. I hadn't even made it inside before noticing my first issue, the deck has a soft spot with a rug on it, when I investigated further, I noticed the joist hangers were all rusted out along the door making the deck very spongey and unsafe. Furthermore, the property was dirty inside. The counters and dishes were greasy,...

「I like the room was very clean. There is a mini fridge but wasn't mentioned in the description, so it would have been very useful to know in advance for the plans we had. Also, laundry is mentioned but be aware that isn't inside of the house. It is a Laundromat close by where you can pay with coins or use an app. Our house 8A wasn't in front of the lake as it was shown in the photos.」

「Unfortunately we didn’t hear from the host until the day before our check in and we got VRBO Care involved. I just wanted a welcome from the host message so I knew she was expecting us. I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing. 「Beautiful, peaceful home. A few minor inconveniences. 1. The touch pad for entry is finicky - it takes several efforts. 2. We were not provided with the key code to open the garage, for garbage disposal. We were directed to a lock box with a key, but the door was dead bolted. It made checking out inefficient.3. 「We (adult couple) had a wonderful weekend here and would absolutely stay again. We came to see a show at Bethel Woods, and the location was perfect - an easy and quiet 25-minute drive to the venue. The immediate surrounding area is fantastic. Having the Blue Fox Motel right across the street was great for dinner and drinks. Narrowsburg is only a five minute drive away and is full of charm.
