Beautiful setting. The Lounge area and fireplace were perfect for a winter stay. The history of the building gave it an extra layer of interest. The rooms were unique, a nice mix of modern industrial and comfort. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, loved the view of the snowy waterfall. We’d love to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor decks.

Nice place to stay on a visit to Hawley PA

Nice location to enjoy Hawley, PA. Quaint hotel situated in an old mill like building with ambiance. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail/mocktail hour in the bar and the cozy lobby with fireplace and nice atmosphere. Beautiful backyard right on the falls. Very clean room and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay!

The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful

This is a beautiful hotel right near the falls. You can't beat that view, especially in the fall. The restaurant was excellent; it is "small plates" and "large plates" and has a drink of the day you can try. Live music on Thursday but I prefer the falls. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the falls also. They give you a voucher for breakfast at two other properties, and we enjoyed going to both. Loved the tour at the glass museum and hiking in the forest. Our room was right above the restaurant and it was quiet.

The resort was extremely dirty with cobwebs everywhere outside. It was not maintained at all. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and stained. The phone was cracked, and the TV didn’t work. When we called the front desk, no one answered the phone. When we walked to the front desk, no one was there. In the pictures, there’s a beautiful, big waterfall which was the reason we booked this hotel. There was no waterfall outside at all. It was a huge disappointment and I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Waterfalls right outside the hotel were awesome to see and hear. Lovely lounge area with games for the whole family. On site dining was good. Includes pass to another facility with lakeside access and pool. Parking is a little challenging at times.

We had a great overnight stay. The views are stunning, rooms are cozy but clean. Staff was absolutely pleasant. Shuttle offered to sister hotels in the area. Calendar of activities. Live music on Sundays, dining credits for breakfast at two locations. They absolutely take care of their guests. And above all the setting is so serene. We loved our stay!
