Very friendly staff, easy access, close to the highway but very quiet. Nice room, maybe needs a little bit of renovation, but good enough for the price we paid.

Everything is good except bitten by a bug or mosquito on my eye lid, it caused my eye terribly swollen for 3-4 days which ruined my first few days of my cruise.

The hotel is in need of some updates. Our bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and the room was showing lots of wear. The breakfast had so few options (least I've seen in a long time). They had packaged cookies as a breakfast option. That was a first. The staff was friendly, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in we were warned sternly (ok by me) about the no smoking policy. Yet, as soon as we stepped off the elevator we were hit with the very strong odor of pot. The night manager did come up and check it out, but I don't think anything happened since the next morning it was still very strong. There are so many options in the local area, we plan to try another hotel on our future stay next month.

Nous avons séjourné à deux reprises dans cet établissement et les 2 fois la dame à l'accueil était très bête et plutôt condescendante. Lors de notre deuxième séjour, la couverture d'un des lits était tachée. Quand nous avons demandé à la personne à l'accueil de la changer, elle a dit que c'était les employés de l'entretien que effectuaient cette tâche. Elle n'a pas voulu la changer. Nous avons dû téléphoner au gérant et il a dit à la personne à l'accueil de la changer. Ce qu'elle a fait.

We arrived to stay one night at this hotel for our anniversary. Our bed was covered in stains some appearing as food and others as blood stains or feces. The front desk worker witnessed these disgusting conditions. She then went to consult with her manager and never returned. We then went out to speak with her and she said they couldn’t issue a refund but could switch rooms. We went to the second room and upon inspection of the bed we saw a bed bug. We promptly reported this to the front desk and left the property. This was now late into the evening and we had a long journey home. This experience was terrible.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed something. What I didn't like was the overall cleanliness of the room. The carpet was vacumed poorly with obvious debris on the floor. But the worst thing was all the disgusting hair from other guests. Long strands on carpet and in bath area, and behind toilet. It was obvious it has been a long time since anyone got into these areas with a sponge or whatever. The toilet was clean as was the tub. I hate to ding the ownership because everything else was fine, but I had to mention this. Would I stay again? Yes, but I would raise heck with them if the floor looked that way again.

Ceiling was crumbling, bathroom caulking was black. Linen had hair on it. I would have looked for an alternative stay but didn’t have enough time. Breakfast options were very limited. Waffles, coffee and yogurt. I wondered why it was so affordable. I now know why.

Shopping mall and food options within 10 minute drive. Very easy to get to and back. Staff very friendly. Hotel could be cleaner. Our bathroom soup dispensers were dirty.
