“I stayed for 1 week in this apartment. This was a nice, affordable building in a questionable area of MPLS. Being somewhat city street-smart, I overall felt safe in the building and my apartment. I would not feel safe walking around that neighborhood, especially at night. There was a police car placed in the intersection 1 block down from the building with the lights on the entire time, without a policeman in the car. We went for dinner on a Friday evening and returned to the building with 4……

“We picked this place as it was only a mile from our sons house who was celebrating his 40th birthday so we didn't spend much time there. It definitely had a style, leaning towards Goth, I would say, lots of grey and black but with pops of gold and blue. And I liked the "jungle room" design. The kitchen was very nice, the AC units kept the temp adequately cooled. And the balcony where we had our morning coffee and listened to the church bells was lovely. Clean from inside to outside and well represented in posted photos. Unit was modern and relaxing. Great communication with host, prompt and informative incredible customer service!
