"The room was very clean. Their restaurant, Stock and Bond is outstanding. The parking is insane. Valet is hit and miss (sometimes they are at the curb for hours and sometimes there is nobody in sight). I bought a 4-day pass and 2 of the days nobody was working the valet station. The parking garage across the street is difficult to notice/find/get into and it is super tight inside and if you don't get the QR code from the hotel staff then you can't get back into garage to retrieve your vehicle. Parking is complicated and time-consuming. But, the hotel itself (rooms, restaurant, lobby, location) are all great."

"Hotel staff were super friendly. Room was clean. No pool. Breakfast was weird. Dark room, nobody else in there. Parking ramp isn’t good for big vehicles. Would stay there again."

"Good location, friendly and helpful front desk. What sold me on this property was the featured 6000 square foot fitness center so I was disappointed to learn that it was turned into a ballroom a month ago. The pics are still in their marketing material which I think is very misleading. We stayed for 5 nights and only received housekeeping services for one night and that was only after we asked at the front desk, "isn't housekeeping usually included?" The front desk was very accommodating with our luggage storage requirements."

"Short walk to Grand Casino Arena events. Beautiful hotel, valet parking with the valets dressed very classy, and another who opened doors for us. Great experience! "

"The woman with long hair at the desk who checked us in was snippy and unhelpful. Her hair covered her name tag. The rooms are hard worn, water pressure was terrible, doors are dinged, the flip lock on the door was hanging by the screws. No remote in the bedroom for the TV. Had to call for it. The pullout bed had one pillow and the case left for it barely fit it and there should have been two pillows. The blanket was very worn. Parking was tough, double parked cars waiting on 6th for valet so we walked it with kids. The breakfast was very good and the kids enjoyed the pool but at 8:30 am only 3 towels were left to use."

"The temperature setting was at 77 degrees and rising. When I called the front desk to complain all she said was the thermostat is motion activated and there’s nothing she could do! "
