Property is on second level of a home. Everything was clean except the outdoor porch area on the rear. Bugs in the sun porch area which was conditioned. Beds were nice and comfortable and the tvs are huge. Great location but a solid walk to the beach. Pool pavilion was closed but we went to beach.
