Beach Access Condo with Patio & Pet-Friendly

  • This upstairs 2-bedroom condo on Tybee Island sits directly across from a beach access path, with a private patio for morning coffee or post-beach downtime. With a pet-friendly policy and a full kitchen, you can settle in with your dog and family. Savannah is 25–30 minutes away. Built for families and pet owners who want walkable beach access without the resort price tag.

    This is an upstairs unit. Guests will access the home by climbing the exterior wooden stairs and entering through the front door labeled “B” using a digital keypad.

    Inside, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living area features a sofa bed, a wicker armchair, and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with seating for four provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals together.

    The unit offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

    You can access the patio directly from the living room, creating a nice indoor-outdoor flow.

    Best of all, a beach access walking path is located directly across the street!

    Please note: This property has three units. You will have full and private access to your unit. The parking area and yard are shared spaces.

The location is great. House is cute with everything you need.I had a small issue with one of the a/c units (leaking water into the floor) and i tried contacting the host through the app and via text to tell him about the issue. I received no response and had to keep a towel and bowl in the floor to catch the water.

We loved the location of this property, however, it wasn't as clean as we would like. We also did not have the necessary linens for a family of 4. We messaged the host multiple times. After a couple of days, they did offer to send some one to clean but didn't fully address the linen issue.

The location is absolutely amazing! You can’t beat the easy walk to the beach, and that was by far the best part of our stay.Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. It wasn’t very clean, which would make me think twice about staying again. One bed had fitted sheets that didn’t fit the mattress and kept coming off. The other bed had very cheap, scratchy sheets that were covered in fabric pills and uncomfortable to sleep on.Our biggest concern was safety. One afternoon all three mini-split A/C units stopped working because the breaker kept tripping. Someone arrived within two hours, which we appreciated, but they explained all three units were connected to one 30-amp breaker and that wasn’t up to code. We had to leave the A/C off for several hours that night before it would reset. That raised concerns about what other safety issues might exist.Another issue was the lack of exterior lighting. We left before daylight, and there were no lights on the stairs or in the parking area, so we had to use flashlights while carrying luggage to our car.The location is five stars, but the cleanliness, bedding quality, and safety concerns keep me from recommending this property until those issues are addressed.
