「The property is very nice, clean, well maintained, up to date. Very pleased. There were pool issues so we were disappointed that we could not get the pool clean enough to swim in it. There was some inclement weather but we believe the pool filter was not working as efficiently as it should. Overall, please with property if you don’t care about having a pool.」

「This house was great for our needs - we had 8 adults and 5 kids and never felt cramped. The proximity to the beach was great - just a couple minutes, if that, from the door to the sand. We loved being able to walk to the store up the road to grab what we needed and to be able to walk to a lot in general. The screened in porch was perfect to catch all the beach stuff so the house never felt too messy.」

「Can’t say enough about our stay. One of cleanest places I ever stayed. The location was perfect. So quiet and relaxing and the bed was amazing. The setup of the house, garage and wrap around porch was perfect. Can’t wait to book again this year. I forgot to say the hostess was very accommodating and pleasant.」

「The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. So easy to get around on our rented golf cart. It's just around the corner from a great beach access but really not far from any access point. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is stocked well. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels and plenty of room. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Great house! Highly recommend!」

「This was the perfect house for my family! So convenient to the beach and other amenities…we didn’t drive all weekend! The icing on the cake was the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, Todd. The A/C went out during Memorial Day weekend and the Todd responded immediately. The A/C was fixed before we got home from the beach! I will absolutely stay here again and try any other property hosted by Todd」

「This home is a great size for families. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The kids especially loved the foosball table and pool table. The hot tub was a hit. It is a small distance to the beach and many restaurants. The only downside to this rental is that there is no first floor bathroom but this is not a deal breaker. We had a very nice stay.」

「Property was immaculate and was stocked with little touches such as fresh fruit and mints. A nice touch. The location was great and convenient to everything in Tybee. The home had a great fenced in backyard that our dog loved. Communication with the host was top notch. No complaints whatsoever! We had a great time!」

「Magical week @ Oceanfront Oasis! Fun days on the beach spotting Dolphins, pelicans and even met a real mermaid! Condo super nice comfortable Beds! Plenty of space for our family. The garage and back door to the beach was a bonus. Restaurant and bar on site was a nice convenience.」

「This house was beautiful inside and out. Ocean breezes greeted us every morning. Plenty of room for hanging, watching movies and eating with the family. The hit of our week was the pool and game room. From a 11 year old to 60 year olds there was much time spent swimming talking and playing. Perfect family vacation - Thank You Tony!!」

「The house was just perfect for 7 adults. Kitchen was large and so were the bedrooms. We were steps away from a dock to an inlet w beach. Minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Took about 30 min to get to Savannah and had great weather. Will come back」

「Great house for 3-5 people. Everything is very comfortable, ie seating, sofa and beds. Love the view from both outside porches. I read a lot out there because it was shaded and breezy. We had everything we could need. The stairs are challenging going up into the unit, which if you have physical limitations would pose a problem. Thankfully not for us! Overall, enjoyed it and its location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants very much!」

「Was told upon arrival there was a broken faucet, a broken chair, a broken grill, and we found also a broken toilet seat…. We were told issues would be fixed the day of check in… someone came on the fourth day and said faucet could not be repaired…almost $2300, 7 days later , none of the repairs had been done…. We also take care of the rentals we use, and had to empty nasty vaccum in order to use it…. After , apparently seeing too many cars, on a camera, we assume, someone called and said that...

「"Unfortunately," the washing machine was out of commission. It was in the process of being replaced. I use quotes because who wants to do laundry on vacation?!? Yes, it would have been nice to do laundry, but since we couldn't, Southern Belle made sure we had enough clean towels to last the week. The place was gorgeous, the private beach exquisite, food divine. We would love to go back to the exact same house. Beautiful!!!!」

While a few houses in the immediate area could use sprucing up, this house served us well!! Thank you for sharing this with us.」
