You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A Change in latitude will help my attitude!( Newly redecorated)

Best beach house (town home) for your dollar, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, the down stairs bath has a walkin shower. Sleeps 10. It is in walking distance to the shops and many different restaurants. We are on what some people call Back Beach. You can go to the pier right down at Back Beach within a few minutes and you can also be at The Main Beach within a 2 block walk, it takes about 5 minutes. Our property is right in the middle of all of tybee's action. You will love it! A must do is the back beach dock at sunset. You can walk to the end of the street to get there. All of our beds are memory foam, The 4 th small bedroom downstairs is combined with the laundry room. it has a trundle with roll out under.

Other things to note
Please check your cancelation policy. We recommend travel insurance. We are on an island, and the weather can change, but we adhere to our cancelation policy.

We have 2 parking spaces. This is a no smoking house. We will charge a $300 fee of smoke or smoking debris is in the house. thank you for your understanding. purse remember when checking out to leave or home as you found it. We want everyone to be able to enjoy it. We also have front door ring camera.

Well equipped

The kitchen was well stocked, there were extra towels, it was cute and clean. Beds were in a different configuration, but still as many places to sleep as listed. We loved staying there!

This cottage offered everything you would need...beach towels, snuggy tv blankets, ample bath towels. Short walk to beach beautifully decorated. Suggestion: can opener, another fork or 2

Overall a good experience. Our bed creaked like crazy and was a little too firm but we are so thankful there was a pack and play for our baby. The kitchen was nice, the couch was comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom was awesome. Location was what we hoped for- walking distance a few blocks from the ocean.

Amazing well worth the we all loved it!

The host was incredibly helpful and recommended places to see and dine. The home was an elegant beach vibe, very clean, beautiful and the beds were so comfortable and the bedding was soft and luxurious. The shampoo and conditioner was spa quality and made you feel and smell like a goddess. The kitchen was fully stocked and had absolutely everything you will need. Oh and the downstairs shower is so large and glamorous- I just wanted to stay in there for hours lol. we had an amazing time from start to finish.

Great Location

Unit it in a great location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The unit was nicely decorate, clean, and spacious. The host was extremely responsive when messaged, and responded quickly. My only concern was that the air for the downstairs portion of the unit was not working well. It was set at 68 and would only cool to around 75. The upstairs was extremely cool, almost cold. I messages the host to let her know, and she was told by her air guys that it was normal for a lower unit to only cool to 10 degrees below outdoor temp? Heat rises, so it should have been the upstairs portion that was the hottest, but it wasn't. Other than it being a bit warm down stairs, the stay was great, she was super great with communication and we had a great time!

Girls Trip

Location was great! It would help if your unit was labeled with something that is in the description on Vrbo. For example a door sign saying “Change in latitude” or something like that. Also, the handle on the oven was broken so we couldn’t use the oven.
