Perfect in every way

What a lovely beach house. Very new property, everything is super clean. Pool was great complete with floats. TV outside was so fun and so was the fireplace. The two living spaces were nice for the parents and teens in the evenings. I can’t say enough about this property- it was just perfect.

Excellent Vacation Digs

We had a multi-generational vacation in this place, and can't recommend it enough. Grandma and Grandpa loved the elevator - it made dealing with luggage and groceries a snap. The kids and adults loved the pool and the awesome pool area (shower, bathroom, bar). It was great. Only one negative that we experienced: the security system loudly announced the unlocking/opening of exterior doors. Sneaking away for a sunrise on the beach? Expect everyone else on the second floor to wake up when you leave. Being able to mute this would have been great.

Fabulous house with lots of outdoor and indoor spaces for gatherings, yet plenty of space for privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor pool space. Easy walk to the beach and/or shops and restaurants. Easy drive to historic Savannah. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing Property

A perfect vacation property with attention to detail an obvious priority. Highly recommend. Property Management (Southern Belle) were amazing to deal with from start to finish as well.

Great stay with a few frustrations

The property is beautiful. With that being said, spending $6,000, we had some hiccups. We were under the impression that the 2nd floor had the separate living room and one queen room. All 3 queen rooms are on the same floor. The pool was filthy. No skimmer and no way to clean all the bugs and Beatles out of it. There was an American Flag laying on a bench in front of the garage, laying in some sort of blue cleaning agent. The kitchen sink was not draining and the garbage disposal did not work. The kitchen sink and garbage disposal were fixed the next day. The flag and pool situation were not fixed. Also. The gas grill that is available to you does not have gas provided.
