Family Friendly Beach House

Welcome to your perfect Tybee Island family getaway. This charming multi-level cottage blends coastal comfort with the feeling of home, offering plenty of space for families to relax, spread out, and make memories together.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by beautiful hardwood floors that flow throughout the main level, creating an inviting, open feel. The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a flat-screen TV, plush seating, and easy access to the front deck-an ideal spot for sipping coffee, catching the afternoon breeze, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're cooking breakfast before heading out or gathering for a family dinner, this kitchen makes it easy.

The main level also offers two convenient bedrooms:

One with a queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep
One with a twin bed, great for a child or additional guest

A full bathroom is also located on this floor.

Head upstairs to the second level, where you'll find plenty of additional sleeping space:
A bedroom with two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends
Another bedroom featuring a queen-size bed along with a twin daybed, offering flexibility for larger families

This level also has its own full bathroom, ensuring everyone has space to get ready comfortably.

Location is one of this cottage's greatest perks. Conveniently situated near Tybee's peaceful North Beach, you can enjoy the quieter side of the island while still being just a short walk from Jaycee Park, known for its walking paths, playgrounds, and shaded picnic spots. It's the perfect blend of beach fun and outdoor relaxation.

Whether you're planning bike rides, beach days, or cozy evenings on the deck, this cottage offers everything you need for a memorable Tybee Island vacation.

The home was nice but could use a good cleaning before each new guest checks in.The stove was dirty, there was dead flowers on the table in living room. There was some bugs on the kitchen sink and there was spiders in some areas. It could use a good spraying.

Comfortable and Convenient

We really appreciated the warm furnishings and loved the front porch for the nighttime wind down. Kitchen was fully loaded with appliances, dishes, and other cooking items. Twin bed in downstairs room while unique would be better with a regular twin bed without a footboard so an adult over 5'5" can stretch out, maybe even a trundle bed?? Thanks for the hospitality and great location, walkable to nearby quick in store and Seawolf restaurant ( featured on diners drive in and dives) . Access to North Beach is quick car ride and right off of 80 so getting into Savannah is a straight shot

Sweet house for family get together

The house was lovely and just as advertised. It was a nice place to gather as we were celebrating grandmother’s birthday. The location was very quiet, but convenient and easy bike ride or scooter a longer walk to the beach. Also, walking distance to the local ballfield and playground. The kitchen had almost everything you need. The only thing we missed were shell crackers for crab legs. I would make the suggestion to have washable bath mats in the bathrooms instead of the memory foam as their cleanliness cannot be guaranteed. I also prefer all white blankets and linens as they tend to promote a more hygienic feeling. However, overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, even though the weather was not great. There was room for us to sit around and mingle and sleep comfortably. Well stocked with lots of fun board games and activities. Would plan to stay again!

Property was well maintained, very clean and had everything needed to make you feel right at home. We stayed 4 days/3 nights and had our grown son, with his family, join us as well. Everyone had plenty of space and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the lighthouse, etc. Would definitely recommend!

House was cozy and just big enough for our group. It’s located within walking distance to a beautiful playground and park area, but the corner store for last minute items. Check in process was very quickly. Didn’t have to do a lot of extra cleanup when we checked out.

The house was nice, close to the beach & park, as well as lighthouse & science center. Love the quietness of the neighborhood. We were able to walk or ride golf cart very easily everywhere. Kitchen had nice cooking pans etc. very well stocked. Would stay again.

The house was great and we really enjoyed it!

The house was really nice. We all enjoyed it very much. The suggestions would be to have some small plates in the kitchen and a 9x11 casserole and a big pot. We cooked for 8 people for 5 days. It would be great to have a door on all bedrooms if you are going to advertise 4 bedrooms. One was really a study without a door. No privacy for our 14 year old. Overall very great stay.

This place is an absolute GEM!

My aunt, my mom, and her two friends stayed her for a week. They had originally booked another property, and when I was helping them check into it, it was a total dump. We were so fortunate to have found this property and that it was available. It is in a fantastic location (they’re all in their late 60’s and we’re able to easily walk to the beach), it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and the hosts were fantastic. Thank you so much for making their stay so special!!

Tybee is a favorite place. Great place especially for the price. Not hard to drive to beach in car or walk if you felt like it. Clean housing. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed staying n the friendly house with our friends and family . The weather was beautiful. The website did not however describe the beds accurately, and the grill is a charcoal grill, which is not listed o the website. We were just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood is really friendly!

Cozy, Well Stocked and Great Location!

We loved our stay here! Two families with 4 adults and 3 kids totally enjoyed the house. Real cozy, well stocked kitchen, great location for short drives or do-able walks to beach and dining. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed Ice cream at Pralines just an 8-10 minute walk from the house. Have this as a favorite for future trips!
